CYGNAS X-1 comes from the Star CYGNAS (which happens to be getting pulled into a black hole.
While guarding his home he comes across some weird looking aliens known as the Wormerks, the wormerks want total Power over Earth so they made CYGNASX-1 a deal, if he destroys the human race they will stop the Black Hole CYGNASX-1 couldn't pass up the deal so he headed off to Earth.

When CYGNAS X-1 finally got to Earth he landed in the Atlantic Ocean then his landing sent off a electrical current of Power and so it happens that the current of energy hit Lightspeed. When Lightspeed awoke from his sleep he noticed CYGNAS-X1 rising out from the Depths of the Ocean they had a huge battle (Like How every single monster battles each other if they have the chance)But Lightspeed had CYGNAS X-1's duplicated power PLUS hands so he could dodge most of the soft attacks.

Finally CYGNAS X-1 lost,Lightspeed had thrown him into the Atlantic,but the Wormerks made the black hole a little less powerful so they could use that when he comes BACK!
