Laser Cannon-can fire lazer's at his enemies

Jet Pack-able to fly at top speeds

Fists-like Jet Jaguar Lightspeed knows how to battle using his fists

BIO
During the war in Iraq America had made a War weapon that was going to finish the war and the name of it was PROJECT:Lightspeed,It was going to finish off the Iraq soldiers and anyone else that stood in their way but when a meteorite hit the Atlantic ocean it sent off a current that had given Lightspeed a life. Then Lightspeed saw his enemy rise out of the ocean and they both had a huge battle. After the battle, Lightspeed looked out at the humans he saw them crying, cheering, shouting and hiding he felt remorse on how the battle had caused danger to them and then he knew he had to protect them he quickly grabbed his enemie's dead corpse and threw it into the river.

I fixed up the spelling and grammar for you.
Anyways the bio is interesting, I enjoyed the idea of how an accident made him come to life but develop the villain more.
